4.2 Orders are dispatched within 1 business day, unless otherwise specified (e.g. pre-order items).
4.3 You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not liable for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect address information or courier issues.
4.4 Title and risk for goods pass to you upon delivery to you or your authorised recipient.
5.1 Due to hygiene and sanitation standards, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchase. Please choose carefully when ordering.
5.2 We only replace or refund items that are faulty or defective. If you believe your item is faulty, contact contact@omgnailup.com within 14 days of delivery with proof of the fault and your order number.
5.3 If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
5.4 Orders can only be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
