You are responsible for providing accurate booking details, including:

• Event date and time
• Event location
• Contact name and phone number
• Number of children participating

A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
Your booking is confirmed only once the deposit has been paid.

We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

• If you cancel more than 21 days before the event, your deposit will be refunded.
• If you cancel within 21 days of the event, the deposit is non-refundable

If you need to reschedule, notify us as early as possible.

We will make every effort to accommodate your new date, subject to availability.
If we cannot accommodate your new date, the cancellation policy above applies.

In the event of illness or unforeseen circumstances where we are unable to attend, you may choose:

• a full refund of your deposit, or
• to reschedule at the earliest available date

We are not responsible for any third-party event costs (e.g. venue hire, catering, entertainment) if cancellation occurs.

Our services involve applying Press-on nail products to children. To ensure a safe environment:

• A responsible adult must supervise children at all times during the event
• Omg Nail Up does not provide childcare or supervision
• Children must follow instructions during the nail application
• Small parts and adhesives must be kept away from babies and unsupervised young children

We reserve the right to pause or stop services if:

• children are not being supervised safely
• behaviour poses a safety risk
• the event environment becomes unsafe

No refund will be issued if services are stopped due to unsafe conditions or lack of supervision.

Omg Nail Up is not responsible for injuries, allergic reactions, accidental ingestion, or incidents resulting from:

• lack of supervision
• misuse of products
• failure to follow safety instructions

Please inform us of any allergies or skin sensitivities before the event.
Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for each child.
